ICEMA is the workshop of International Conference on Sustainable and Renewable Energy Engineering providing a yearly platform for delegates and members to present and discuss the latest research, and our delegates and members will have many opportunities engage in dialogues about Energy Materials and Applications. It also provides new insights and bring together scholars, scientists, engineers and students from universities and industry all over the world under one roof.
ICEMA features invited keynotes as well as peer-reviewed paper presentations.The conference is completely open (one needs to register first), you will not have to be an author or a discussant to attend. Submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, relevance to conference, contributions, and presentation.

Packed halls and high spirits among exhibitors and visitors: Intersolar and ees Europe draw to on 24th June 2016 after great success. CAPTure partner EUREC was among the 1.077 exhibitors and gladly presented the project to passing visitors.
At the end of the event, which took place in Munich, Germany on 20-24 June, around 43.000 visitors from 160 countries were present.
Sensibly integrating clean energy into the grids and shaping the transition to the new energy world is essential for the future, which is why smart renewable energy was the key topic at this year’s Intersolar Europe. The exhibitions linked the topics of energy generation, storage, grid integration and energy management. Equally important at the exhibition: Smart technologies that analyze and optimize power generation and consumption as well as interconnect various pieces of technical equipment to help create smart concepts for utilizing, managing and storing renewable energy.
The new focus on smart renewable energy and the accompanying forum proved particularly popular with visitors. At the forum, exhibitors and experts showcased potential solutions for combining renewable energies and storage in a smart power grid.
The Competitive Solar Power Towers (CAPTure) is focused on increasing concentrated solar power (CSP) plant efficiencies and reduce levelised cost of electricity (LCOE) by developing all relevant components that allow implementing an innovative plant configuration. This plant configuration is based on a multi-tower decoupled advanced solar combined cycle approach that not only increases cycle efficiencies but also avoids frequent transients and inefficient partial loads, thus maximizing overall efficiency, reliability as well as dispatchability, all of which are important factors directly related to cost competitiveness on the power market.
