CAPTure at the 10th edition of the conference Hacia un nuevo horizonte
November 20, 2018 – The Competitive SolAr Power Towers (CAPTure) is today, in Toledo’s Congress Center (Spain), participating at the 10th edition of the conference on the framework for research and innovation programme of the European Union in Spain. The coordinator of the project, CENER, is presenting the objectives and current status of the project. At the moment, the final orders for the prototype are being completed and construction works will start soon.
“We’ll start the construction works by the end of 2018, and the CAPTure prototype testing is planned to start in early 2019.”, says Dr. Fritz Zaversky (CENER), coordinator of the project. “Taking part of events such as Hacia un nuevo horizonte, is an opportunity for Spanish organisations to boost their participation in European funding programmes, such as Horizon 2020 and the future Horizon Europe’, and to explore new ways to bring research and innovation to market’’, he continued.
